Rewynd is an AI-powered application that:

• Processes user-uploaded photos

• Automatically groups and analyzes images (e.g., timestamp, similarity, quality)

• Generates video reels and visual stories

• Allows editing and sharing of generated content

3. Eligibility
You must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or applicable age in your jurisdiction)

• Have legal capacity to enter into an agreement

4. User Accounts

• You may sign up via Google, or Apple

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

5. User Content

Ownership

• You retain full ownership of your photos and content

License to Rewynd

By uploading content, you grant Rewynd a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

• Process images for reel generation

• Analyze metadata (e.g., timestamp, location if available)

• Generate and improve AI outputs

This license is strictly for service functionality.

6. AI Processing Disclaimer

• Rewynd uses automated systems to analyze and generate content

• Outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or contextually correct

• Users can edit results before sharing

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission

• Use the service for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system

• Interfere with system performance

8. Storage & Limits

• Free and guest users may have storage and usage limits

• Content may be deleted after a defined period (e.g., guest accounts)

• Premium users may receive extended storage and features

9. Intellectual Property

• The App, including algorithms, UI, and branding, is owned by Rewynd

• You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part without permission

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms

• There is misuse of the platform

You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is”:

• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service

• No guarantee of output quality or accuracy

12. Limitation of Liability

Rewynd is not liable for:

• Loss of data

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Issues arising from user-generated content

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
